Congratulations on your engagement! You have a long road ahead of you with many difficult tasks, one of which is selecting a photographer. We hope you will consider FincherFoto! In addition to providing you with a vessel to remember your special day forever, we vow to also make the process as easy as possible for you. Below you will find an outline detailing how the process will go.
C O N T R A C T
First things first, we need to secure your date. You will receive a detailed contract, outlining the terms of our agreement, including payment terms and your day of information. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid your date will be locked in and you’ll be stuck with us forever!
Q U E S T I O N N A I R E
Next on the list is the questionnaire. This is a very important part of the process as that it helps us get to know you a little better as a couple. Shortly after the contract is signed and returned, we will send you some homework for you and your fiance to complete. Don’t worry, you have time to complete it but don’t take too long! It will include a series of questions about your wonderful selves, as well as what you are expecting from us on your special day. We ask that you have this questionnaire completed no later than 3 months out.
C O N S U L T A T I O N
On to the final leg of the process, the consultation. One month out we will sit down, either in person or over the phone to go over the questionnaire, answer any questions you may have and finalize any remaining details. After the consultation we will quietly move behind the scenes and work with your coordinator for anything else so you can focus on the endgame of your planning process.
